When you place a request to cancel an appointment, the cancellation of that order is not guaranteed and is on a best efforts basis only, even though handled automatically. Cancellation requests must be received prior to the commencement of the Appointment. Appointments may be subject to change, additional travel costs will be discussed with the customer prior to invoice being generated on top of regular service fee. Cancellations must be within 48 hours of appointment. We require a 50% deposit prior to confirmation. This is to ensure your appointment will be secured and you will be emailed a quick questionnaire so your homeopath can prepare for your initial consultation.
